The Context Beans Development Kit
Version 0.9
Welcome to the Context Beans Development Kit (CBDK)
The Context Beans Development Kit (CBDK) is intended to support
the development of JavaBeansTM components that implement Extensible
Runtime Containment and Services Protocol (BeanContext) and to act as a
standard reference base for both Bean developers and tool vendors. The
CBDK provides a reference BeanContext container, the "ContextBeanBox",
and adds some new features to the BDK1.1
which it extends. It supports nesting of both AWT components and BeanContext
components.
The CBDK is not intended for use by application developers, nor is it
intended to be a full-fledged application development environment. Instead
application developers should check the various
Java
application development environments supporting JavaBeans.

Java
(TM) 2 SDK We recommend using Version 1.2.2 (or later.)
