The municipality will scientifically analyze, with the help of professionals, the dangers relevant to the city's infrastructure and its residents due to expected current and future climate-change. 3. The municipality must incorporate the social dimensions of climate justice into its planning and policies concerning urban resilience, climate change, and sustainability. 4. All relevant parties should be included in a coordinated effort to reduce social, demographic, and economic gaps as strategies for promoting climate justice among vulnerable population groups. 5. It is the municipality's responsibility to involve representatives of all city residents, including different population groups, and especially neighborhood residents, in planning related to urban resilience and sustainability. 6. The municipality must assess expected vulnerabilities resulting from the climate crisis beyond damage to urban infrastructure, including social, economic, scenic, environmental, and energy realms as well. 7. The municipality must learn from the vast experience of the international community in terms of preparing plans for urban resilience, sustainability, and climate change. VI
