Research Interests
I am a senior faculty member at the Open University of Israel, Computer Science
Division. My research interests are mainly Computer Vision
and Computer Graphics. In
recent years I have worked on problems related to the following topics, in no particular order:
- Face recognition
- Subspace representations
- Single view 3D reconstruction
- Image similarity
- Image descriptors
- Non-parametric methods
- New view synthesis (image based rendering)
- Triangulated mesh composition
- 3D model decoration
