Planning and Finance Authority

The Planning and Finance Administration is responsible for carrying out the financial policy of the university with respect to work plans, budget, finances, purchasing, organization and methods, and legal counseling in the field of tenders and acquisitions.

Budget and Planning Department

The Budget and Planning Department attends to developing work plans and budgets, while handling routine budgetary operations, and administrative control over the various types of budgets, conducting economic checks, pricing of programming and procedures, and writing procedural regulations.

Accounting Department

The Accounting Department is responsible for management, supervision, administrative control and monitoring of the OUI financial system; management of the OUI's funds and accounting records for all budgetary tracks; management of the university's investments, reporting to the OUI's institutions and external parties, responsibility for matters regarding suppliers and payments, collection of payments, etc.

Procurement Department

The Procurement Department is responsible for executing the procurement policy set by the executive management of the university and in accordance with legal requirements for tenders, handling procurements for the university's departments, including the acquisition of equipment, accompanying items and services, as well as providing consultation and services in the various fields of procurement.

Legal Affairs and Administrative Controls Department

The Legal Affairs and Administrative Controls Unit handles all areas of legal affairs for the Authority, including, and primarily, legal counsel on matters of tenders and contractual agreements, responsibility for administrative controls within the units of the Authority – and the interactions between them, as well as the relations of the Authority with other entities in the university, and the field of insurance.

Organization and Methods Department

The Organization and Methods Department examines and aims to improve working procedures and processes, writes characterization documents for information systems, evaluates the cost of procedures and alternatives, examines work loads and human resource calculations, introduces organizational changes and accompanies the implementation process, coordinates and accompanies latitudinal projects in the field of organization and methods.
