The 20th Chais Conference on the Study of Innovation and Learning Technologies: Learning in the Digital Era was successfully held on February 19, 2025, at the Open University of Israel in Ra'anana. Marking two decades of academic discourse, the conference brought together researchers, students, and professionals to explore cutting-edge developments in learning technologies and educational innovation.
The program featured keynote lectures, thematic sessions, and interactive workshops on topics such as AI integration in education, learning technologies for special needs populations, the role of technology in science education, and the impact of digital tools on learning and assessment. A special closing panel reflected on insights gained from two decades of research presented at Chais Conferences.
As part of the event, the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award in Learning Technologies Innovation and the Outstanding Student Paper Award were presented, recognizing exceptional academic contributions to the field.
