The studies conducted in the Research Center address different aspects of learning technologies and their applications. The Center is composed of a consortium of about fifty faculty members from various Open University departments. The Center conducts a wide variety of academic activities such as symposia, workshops, conferences and research seminars. The Research Center for Innovation in Learning Technologies was founded in 2010, replacing the Chais Research Center for the Integration of Technologies in Education, which was active from 2004.
